Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 60 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the 90-Day Return Policy
Body Jewelry
- Body jewelry can not be returned.
- Dresses can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Dress must be in saleable condition with tags still attached
- Items are not returnable if worn, altered, or tags removed

How refunds are received
- You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.
- You don't have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for store credit if we can determine the purchase, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.
Note: Web Store credit may be issued upon request and applied to another purchase.
We will credit your account(s) within 10 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account. For purchases made with multiple forms of payment, your credit accounts will be refunded the amount originally charged and the remaining amount may be issued in the form of a webjewelrystore.com credit. Please allow up to 10 business days to see your refund.
How store refunds are credited
Once your return is received in store, we will process your credit immediately. If you provide us with an email address, we will email you once your return is received and your credit is processed. Depending on your bank's processing time, your credit may take a few days to reflect on your account.
How to make a return
We offer returns by mail. Returns exclude Body Jewelry, Earrings, and Under Garments. Returns do not apply to international orders.
Return by mail: Items purchased online must be returned by mail.
Note: Please include only the items listed on your return label in the corresponding box. If you have multiple return labels, return items in separate boxes and apply the correct return label to each box to ensure you receive your refund without further delays.
